2011 Honda Insight improved for UK
Honda has announced an enhanced Insight line-up for the UK market, boasting new top-of-the-range model and long list of chassis and suspension improvements. The price tags for the 2011 Honda Insight starts at 16,325 GBP for the SE model, but via Honda's current Affordable Driving consumer offer, the hybrid is offered at just 14,995 OTR until the end of December.
Technical upgrades on all model in the line-up include: adjusting the recoil rate of the springs, changing the rear camber angles, altering the V-shape rear suspension brace and adjusting mounts. Furthermore, Honda has mounted rear parking sensors to the ES-grade and above, and refined the trim to freshen the inside ambience. Dashboard and seat colors have also been changed to give a more uniform finish, and some plastics were improved.
There are also two new body colors offered on the 2011 Insight, Dynamic Blue Pearl and Carnelian Red Pearl.
For 2011 model year, the new, top-of-the-range Insight EX model benefits from premium black leather upholstery, DVD Sat Nav and hands-free telephone, while is priced at 20,215 on the road.
