Cadillac is now offering 2015 Escalade with pricing starting from $71,695. The manufacturer has also revealed more details about the range-topping model powered by a huge V8 engine.

2015 Cadillac Escalade comes with completely new design featuring a "Galvano" chrome grille flanked by LED headlights. The model also comes with enormous 20" alloy wheels fitted with low-profile tires. Do not bother for the ride comfort, because Escalade brings it on another level. However, there is a bigger model – the ESV variant comes with extended wheelbase by 355 mm (14"). As you can see on the pictures, it is really huge.

The interior of the new Escalade matches to the exterior. It boasts impressive equipment including heated steering wheel with wood and leather. There is also an American Walnut, Natural Finish Elm or Santos Palisander wood trim. The steering column has power tilt and telescoping function in order to be most convenient for the driver. Other highlights include a three-zone climate control, ambient lighting and fold-flat second- and third-row seats. The front seat are vented and heated, while the 2nd row comes with heating as standard. Last, but not least are the 12.3" digital instrument cluster, the CUE infotainment system and a push-button ignition.

The top-of-range 2015 Cadillac Escalade is powered by a 6.2 liter V8 with 420HP (313 kW) and 623Nm (460 lb-ft) of torque. It is connected to a 6-speed automatic gearbox. 0-100 km/h in 6.0 seconds. The fuel consumption is at decent level - an EPA-estimated 15 mpg in city and 21 mpg on highway. The four-wheel drive version returns 14 mpg in city.
