Finally: Mercedes-AMG GLC43 Coupe revealed!

Mercedes-AMG showcases its latest creation: the Mercedes-AMG GLC43 Coupe. Designed to deliver sporty and dynamic driving experience, this sweetie also offers elegant design and comfortable interior with numerous badass features. So, let's check it out!

Drivetrain system

This one comes with AMG-enhanced 3.0-liter V6 biturbo unit with a total of 362hp (270kW) and 384 lb-ft of torque. And in combination with AMG-designed 9G-TRONIC 9-speed automatic gearbox system, the vehicle is able to sprint from 0 to 100km/h (62mph) in mere 4.8 seconds and chases a top speed of 234km/h (130kW).

In terms of suspension the latest AMG vehicle comes with AIR BODY CONTROL multi-chamber air suspension system. This is a multi-chamber air suspension system with sporty spring/damper setup with continuously variable damping adjustment that delivers neat vehicle dynamics and high level of ride comfort.

Exterior design

Of course, we are dealing with a stylish vehicle. The front of the GLC43 coupe shows chrome-tipped diamond-block radiator grille, louver in high-gloss black with high-gloss chrome insert and of course, the noticeable AMG lettering. The neat air intakers and the AMG front bumper finishes the tale of passion and power.

The sides show high-gloss black-painted high-sheen 20-inch AMG multispoke light-alloy wheels, wrapped by 255/45 R20 tires on the front and 285/40 R20 tires on the rear axle.

The back of the vehicle showcases sporty and muscular appeal with chrome-plated quad design tailpipes, AMG-designed rear bumper, taillamps and sharp spoiler lip.

Interior design

The cabin is reinforced with numerous exclusive components and details. First of all, the design catches the eye with sweet black and red contrasting stitching combo that welcomes driver and passengers to a rather comfortable place. There is longitudinal-grain aluminum trim highlight, flattened bottom section and overall shape and space especially designed to boost the sporty feeling and sporty comfort of the vehicle.

There are sporty seats, upholstery in black MB-Tex/DINAMICA microfiber, AMG-enhanced cluster with two large dials and sweet 5.5-inch multifunctional color display, special RACE TIMER for recording lap times and many more goodies.

Additional equipment

Standard equipment includes Audio 20 infotainment system with 7-inch display, Frontbass, Bluetooth hands-free technologies, audio streaming and two USB ports. Also, there are MAP PILOT with life traffic expands and massive concert hall level audio system, provided via Burmester. It includes 9-channel DSP amplifier, 13 speakers and a total output of 590 watts.

Mercedes-AMG GLC43 Coupe will be officially unveiled on September 28th at the Paris Motor Show. Purchases will be available in the first quarter of 2017.
