2015 Mitsubishi Outlander Is Getting Upgrades
2015 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport is getting more goods. The eye-catching Sport 5-passenger compact crossover has been enhanced in terms of looks and engineering. The engine of the vehicle - the DOHC 2.0-liter-based 4-cylinder drivetrain, has been also boosted and noew produces 148 horsepower (108 kW). In addition, the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety (IIHS) has regarded Outlander as one of the safest compact crossover models. The SUV will be available in either 2WD or 4WD, as well as with a solid-shifting 5-speed manual or the sophisticated CVT transmission.
New for the 2015 model year are three packages: Deluxe, Premium and Touring. Deluxe Package for the SE grade adds leather seating surfaces and power-adjustable driver's seat. The Premium one adds panoramic glass roof with adjustable LED mood lighting, black roof rails, 710-watt Rockford Fosgate premium sound system with 9 speakers, auto dimming rearview mirror and power-adjustable driver's seat.

Every 2015 Outlander Sport model comes equipped with wide range of safety features and technologies such as seven air bags, Active Stability Control (ASC) with Hill Start Assist (HSA), Traction Control Logic (TCL), Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS), anti-lock braking system (ABS) with Electronic Brake-force Distribution (EBD) and Brake Assist.
