nanoFLOWCELL Debuts Second Concept in Geneva
nanoFLOWCELL has just announced that there will be another debuting concept car on their stand at the Geneva Motor Show. Next to the 1090 hp Quant F the company will introduce the QUANTiNO Concept. We have received two pictures that show what the model would look like. In addition, nanoFlowcell claimed that the car will be a sensation and one of the absolute highlights of the show.
To go into details, the QUANTiNO is the smaller sibling of the Quant E and Quant F. It is an innovative electric vehicle with contemporary appeal that features sporty, dynamic and low-voltage drive system.
The car is 3.91 metres long and sports 2+2-seater design. It runs on 22-inch wheels. Both front and rear demonstrate the connection with the nanoFlowcell family.
With a rated voltage of only 48 V the company has achieved four times 25 kW, corresponding to around 136 hp, through a combination of nanoFlowcell, buffer system and electric motors. The result is a top speed of more than 200 km/h in electric mode and range of over 1,000 kilometres.
This is only possible because of the implementation of the low-voltage systems. They have enabled the company to generate levels of drive power that previously appeared impossible.
With its two 175-litre tanks, the QUANTiNO is able to carry 350 litres of ionic liquid in total. The first tanks carries a positive charge while the second - negative charge. The refueling process is similar to this of the diesel and gasoline cars, with the sole difference that the two tanks will be filled simultaneously, each with a different fluid.
QUANTiNO will make its official world debut on 3rd of March at the Geneva Auto Saloon.
