As of 24 March, Dacia Sandero's diesel engine will be available in Dacia's Romanian commercial network. With an entry price of only 8,950 € VAT included and a 3-year or 100,000-km warranty, the 1.5dCi Sandero will be available in two power versions (70 and 85 hp).

The 1.5 dCi engine in Dacia Sandero is a technological hallmark: its second general common rail system (direct injection) joins high performance and low fuel consumption. The engine in its two versions – 70 and 85 hp – displays low emission levels: only 130g CO2/km and 120 g CO2/km, respectively.

The "Ambiance" version starts art 8,950 € and is equipped with the 70hp engine. It includes as standard equipment, the ABS and AFU systems, driver's airbag, body coulour front and rear bumpers, and radio pre-equipment.

"Preference" is available at 9,650 € (1.5 dCi 70 hp) and 10,100 € (1.5 dCi 85 hp). Additional equipment includes passenger's front airbag (manual deactivation), power steering, central locking, front electric windows and 2x15 W CD radio with removable fascia.

"Laureate", the mid-range version in terms of equipment, is priced between 10 550 € and 11,000 € for its two engine versions. In addition, "Laureate" features air conditioning, body colour side protective mouldings, 5-function trip computer, as well as a 4x15 W CD radio with removable fascia. The optional equipment includes metallic paint, front lateral airbags, rear electric windows and aluminium wheel rims.

"Prestige", the top-range version, is available at 11,050 € (1.5 dCi 70 hp) and 11,500 € (1.5 dCi 85 hp). The main additional equipment includes aluminium wheel rims, leather steering wheel, beige upholstery and interior, rear electric windows and MP3 CD radio. Clients can opt for the metallic paint and front lateral airbags.

Under the National Car Fleet Renwal Programme, the clients buying the diesel Dacia Sandero can receive, in addition to the scrap bonus granted by the Governement, financial advantages up to 3,800 RON.
