BMW introduces dynamic Competition Package for 2010 M3 Coupe
BMW has unwrapped a stunnning Competition Package for its high-performance model 2010 BMW M3 Coupe. World renowned for its class-leading driving performance figures, the superb M3 is now offered with even greater, matchless driving dynamics.
The enhancement pack - Competition Package – equips the sporty ride with a revised Electronic Damper Control unit, which renders new Sport setting. Moreover, the car gets 10mm lowered suspension and a Dynamic Stability Control Plus system that packs significantly less electronic intervention than before and further allows more enthusiastic driving style. An exclusive set of Y-spoke design light alloys in size 9 x 19-inches complete the package uniquely.
The market launch of the all-new Competition Package is scheduled for 20 March, 2010. It is price tagged at £3,315.
For the new model year, all modifications of BMW M3 benefit from the Auto Start-Stop technology, which for the first time gets included on a BMW model with more than four-cylinders and a transmission other than a six-speed manual. The results score a significant reductions in CO2 emissions and an improvement in fuel consumption from the EU5 compliant powerplant.
