Alfa Romeo unveils the new 159 specs and prices
Alfa Romeo has pulled off the curtain on its model year 2011 Alfa Romeo 159. Scheduled for market launch in June 2010, the new Alfa 159 has significant enhancements on both exterior and interior styling. The newcomer also sports optional packages specially engineered to offer enthusiasts more joyful and sportscar-like driving experience. In Italy, the saloon version fitted with a 1.8-liters petrol engine, which delivers 140 horsepower will be price-tagged at 24,360 Euro and the 1.9-liters Turbo Diesel with 120 horsepower JTDM ECO will boasts a price of 27,000 Euro.
In the terms of in-car ambience, the 2011 Alfa 159 renders newly upholstered seats backed by high-end detailing and remarkably blended premium materials and color combinations. Furthermore, the cabin environment is reinforced by elegant chrome and brushed aluminum elements contrasted by carbon surfaces.
As we previously mentioned, the MY2011 Alfa Romeo 159 will be offered with four exclusive optional packages, two focused on the elegance and comfort, and two orientated in sportiness and enhanced athleticism. Dubbed "Comfort", "Comfort Plus", "Sport" and "TI", the packs include top-end features such as: speakerphone Blue & Me, electrically folding door mirrors, aluminum pedals, Navigation system, electro-chromic rain sensor, leather-wrapped shift knob, sports suspension and 18- or 19-inch alloys with red brake calipers.
