All 2011 BMW Frozen Gray M3 Coupes sold for 12 minutes
BMW has reported that all 30 examples of its recently announced limited-edition 2011 BMW Frozen Gray M3 Coupe have been already reserved for sale. Only twelve minutes after the official hotline open, all units of the special high-performance compact sports ride were gone. The deliveries of the astonishingly beautiful Bavarian ride will start later this month.
Larry Koch, M Brand Manager for BMW of North America, shares: "We leapt at the chance to bring this truly special vehicle to the United States. The Frozen Gray M3 is a striking work of sculpture, speed, and style, and perfectly marks the 25th birthday of the M3 model. I'm personally thrilled to see that our customers are as excited about it as we are. We filled the thirty reservation slots within twelve minutes and took the names of at least fifty alternates in the first hour. The 2011 Frozen Gray M3 Coupe will be one of the most unique BMW vehicles ever imported to the US."
The 2011 BMW Frozen Gray M3 Coupe differs from its series counterpart by an astonishing and ultra-stylish matte-gray paint finish combined with custom Fox Red / Black bi-color premium leather interior upholstery. It also benefits from the brand's Competition Package, which lowers the ride height by 10mm and includes sleek 19-inch multi-spoke alloys with wider offset for enhanced stability, standard Electronic Damping Control with enhanced programming, and higher-threshold programming for the M Dynamic Mode.
In the terms of power, the rare M3 sports ride boasts the all-new 4.0-liter, 414-horsepower V8 engine, which is mated to a M Double Clutch Transmission (M DCT) and thanks to that, it delivers zero to 60 mph sprint time of just 4.5 seconds.
Undoubtedly, the 2011 Frozen Gray M3 Coupe will be the most dynamic and exclusive M3 ever to delivered to the US market.
