BMW X3 and MINI have the best reliability in their classes
BMW and MINI once again performed excellent in the ADAC breakdown statistics.
The most reliable small car in Europe is MINI, which took a top spot in its class. In the same time, BMW X3 and X5 got the first and second places in the off-roader class. The two SAVs had only minor breakdowns during the explotation. BMW 1 Series, BMW 3 Series and 5er also earned excellent marks for an extremely low breakdown rate. The latest ADAC breakdown statistics include all models achieving more than 10 000 registrations in Germany in 2009.
Because of the high quality standards of the BMW Group applied across all its model series, the probability of suffering a breakdown in a BMW or MINI is very small. The ADAC statistics are based on over two million call-outs to emergency patrol staff.
All MINI models registered between 2005 and 2009 are given the top mark "very good". The BMW 1er, 3er, 5er are also concistent in their level of reliability. All BMW cars registered between 2006 and 2009 achieved top marks.
All these statistics show only one thing – if you purchase a BMW or MINI, you enjoy awesome driving pleasur and top reliability and quality.
