Yaris Shows OFF New Hands-Free
A new Toyota Genuine BluetoothTM* hands-free system makes the newly updated Toyota Yaris even more appealing and convenient to drive. The small, unobtrusive BluetoothTM device operates via the vehicle's audio system and connects wirelessly with BluetoothTM enabled mobile phones*.
Matthew Callachor, divisional manager for Toyota's customer service division, says the hands-free device delivers simple-to-use technology that makes a real, positive difference to driving convenience.
"A voice-activated menu means drivers can keep both hands on the wheel during mobile phone conversations, as well as when initiating and receiving calls.
"It's a legal and safe way to keep in contact while on the road," said Mr Callachor.
Yaris is also offered with protective Toyota Genuine accessories to help preserve its condition, both inside and out.
ParkAssist clearance parking sensors^ are mounted right and left of the front bumper to assist driver awareness of obstacles when parking.
A set of two rear parking sensors are also available for Yaris to help prevent bumps and scrapes.
Internally, Yaris is protected from dirt and daily wear and tear by carpet floor mats as well as a durable rubber boot-liner.
Yaris is even more versatile when fitted with Toyota Genuine aero roof racks to suit either the three- or five-door hatch.
The roof racks - compatible with the bike, ski and snowboard carriers - mean owners can transport bulky sporting equipment without hassle.
Yaris is covered by Toyota Service Advantage#, Toyota's low-cost, capped-price standard vehicle servicing.
